Philipp Braunwalder
Philipp founded Avalon Financial to build a disciplined, security first lending platform grounded in institutional experience and hands on execution.
He previously served as CEO of Swiss Finance & Property UK, where he led cross border residential and hospitality platforms across the UK and Europe. Earlier in his career, he held strategy and leadership roles at Turner Construction in New York and London, and began in investment advisory at Barclays before later joining UBS in Zurich.

Harry Baker
Harry founded Avalon Financial to apply specialist real estate credit expertise to a disciplined, security first lending model.
He has structured and originated over £350 million of real estate loans, with no capital or interest losses. As Head of Credit at Aspen Bridging, he led underwriting strategy, credit policy and portfolio risk management during a period of sustained growth. He later worked within Swiss Finance & Property’s UK private equity platform.
His focus is clear: disciplined underwriting, decisive risk management and active capital protection.
Harry holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading.Director
